CHANGED ENVIRONMENT – CONCLUSION
Even if we are knowledgeable in matters of nutrition and diet, and a day’s fast presents no problem, the liver may still give problems when we are constantly under pressure because of worries, anxieties and frustration. Do not be surprised if you begin to suffer from a liver disorder when constant stress and anxieties assail you. A sensible attitude toward questions of nutrition is only helpful if our mental and emotional attitude is also right. Of course, it is not always easy in today’s world to keep one’s balance. There is really no better help in our daily struggle with worries of one kind and another than a calm and collected spirit. If we remain calm we will be able to shut out of our minds all distractions, retain our mental tranquillity and thus provide the best protective remedy for the liver.
