LIMEWOOD CHARCOAL POWDER; CORN (MAIZE) AND MILLET PORRIDGE
Those who suffer from gastric acidity, problems with the stomach and intestinal mucous membranes, or the consequences of protrac- 10 ted jaundice, should definitely take charcoal powder, preferably from limewood. You can make it yourself by grinding pieces of limewood charcoal. Take this powder in a little milk and, although milk on its own is not always suitable for patients with liver trouble or protracted jaundice, in combination with limewood charcoal powder it is very effective.
Prepare the porridge in the usual way, but without adding anything, and apply as hot as you can bear it.
